Bedales supports local charity Home-Start Butser

The last Bedales Outreach event of this year – as last year – will be a picnic for Home-Start Butser, a local charity supporting families with children under eight which are experiencing some form of distress. Bedales is aiming to give them a brilliant day out on 23 June with a swim followed by a barbecue lunch and games on the Mem (cricket)) pitch. There will be a crèche for smaller children and walks to see the various animals around the estate. The Bedales Parents’ Association is also supporting Home-Start this year and will be raising money for them at the Midsummer Music Festival, also on 23 June, from 4 – 7pm. View flyer. Read more.
